Participaram o presidente da\nentidade, o deputado Alceu Moreira (MDB\/RS), e os deputados Cristino \u00c1ureo,\nArnaldo Jardim, Celso Maldaner, Z\u00e9 M\u00e1rio, S\u00e9rgio Souza, Z\u00e9 Silva, Hildo Rocha,\nRonaldo Santini, Luiz Nishimori e Domingos S\u00e1vio, que destacaram quest\u00f5es como\nal\u00edquotas, incentivos e outros pontos que consideram importantes para o setor\nagropecu\u00e1rio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordenador do Grupo de Trabalho da Reforma\nTribut\u00e1ria no Comsefaz, D\u00e9cio Padilha apresentou a estrutura b\u00e1sica da proposta do\nComit\u00ea entregue \u00e0 C\u00e2mara e ao Senado, destacando que a mat\u00e9ria prev\u00ea a\nsimplifica\u00e7\u00e3o e padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema tribut\u00e1rio, p\u00f5e fim \u00e0 guerra fiscal\nentre os estados e combate a regressividade. A proposta do Comsefaz tem como\nbase o princ\u00edpio do destino e tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea fundos de desenvolvimento regional e\nde compensa\u00e7\u00e3o das perdas dos estados exportadores, mant\u00e9m a pol\u00edtica de\nincentivos fiscais da Zona Franca de Manaus e, principalmente, mant\u00e9m os n\u00edveis\natuais da carga tribut\u00e1ria, sem aumento da tributa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele disse que o Comsefaz tem feito intensa articula\u00e7\u00e3o\njunto ao governo e \u00e0s Casas Legislativas para garantir a inclus\u00e3o dos pontos\nmais importantes para os estados nas propostas em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara (a PEC\n45\/19) e no Senado (a PEC 110\/19).
