A cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente regulat\u00f3rio fragmentado poderia resultar em uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o prejudicial entre os estados, semelhante \u00e0 conhecida “guerra fiscal”, impactando negativamente na arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e na efici\u00eancia do mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
