O\nComsefaz (Comit\u00ea Nacional de Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda, Finan\u00e7as, Receita ou\nTributa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estados e do Distrito Federal) realizou nesta sexta-feira (28), por\nvideoconfer\u00eancia, a 21\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Extraordin\u00e1ria, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de\nsecret\u00e1rios, secret\u00e1rios-adjuntos e assessores dos 26 estados e do Distrito\nFederal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
O\nencontro teve a Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria como tema central, dando sequ\u00eancia \u00e0 reuni\u00e3o\nextraordin\u00e1ria realizada em 14 de agosto, quando foram formados grupos de trabalho\npara fazer estudos e propor ajustes na proposta dos estados para a reforma,\napresentada por meio da EMC 192\/2020 \u00e0 PEC 045\/2019, em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara\nFederal. Na reuni\u00e3o desta sexta-feira, os grupos de trabalho apresentaram os\nestudos e an\u00e1lises realizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Os\ntrabalhos abordaram os seguintes temas: Comit\u00ea Gestor, coordenado pela secret\u00e1ria\nde Fazenda do Cear\u00e1, Fernanda Pacobahyba; Contencioso Administrativo e Judicial,\nconduzido pelo secret\u00e1rio Rog\u00e9rio Gallo, do Mato Grosso; Al\u00edquotas, por D\u00e9cio Padilha,\ndo Pernambuco; e Opera\u00e7\u00e3o do Tributo, coordenado pelo secret\u00e1rio-adjunto de\nMinas Gerais, Luiz Cl\u00e1udio Gomes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Os\najustes na EMC 192 t\u00eam por objetivo aperfei\u00e7oar o texto da emenda para adequar\na proposta \u00e0 evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos debates que os secret\u00e1rios est\u00e3o tendo semanalmente\ncom a Receita Federal e a Secretaria Especial da Fazenda do Minist\u00e9rio da\nEconomia, sobre a Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria.
