O presidente de Comsefaz, Carlos Eduardo Xavier, se reuniu com a presidente do Col\u00e9gio Nacional de Procuradores-Gerais dos Estados e do Distrito Federal (Conpeg), In\u00eas Coimbra, para tratar sobre os projetos de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma tribut\u00e1ria, o PLP 68\/2024 e o PLP 108\/2024. O encontro ocorreu na quarta-feira (25), na cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tamb\u00e9m estavam presentes na reuni\u00e3o a Procuradora Geral do Estado do Acre, Janete Melo; e o Procurador Geral do Mato Grosso, Francisco de Assis da Silva Lopes; o Procurador Geral do Estado de SP Adjunto, Caio Guzzardi; o Procurador do Estado de SP Assessor da Subprocuradoria do Contencioso Tribut\u00e1rio Fiscal, Alexandre Aboud e a Procuradora do Estado de SP Chefe da Procuradoria de Assuntos Tribut\u00e1rios, Fernanda Luzia Freire Serur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para o presidente do Comsefaz, o di\u00e1logo entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es tem um papel fundamental no debate sobre a reforma tribut\u00e1ria no Brasil, pois elas representam os interesses jur\u00eddicos e financeiros dos estados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
