Nesta sexta-feira (04), o chefe do Executivo Federal, o presidente Luis In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, pediu ao Congresso Nacional a retirada do pedido de urg\u00eancia constitucional do projeto principal de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma tribut\u00e1ria, o PLP 68\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O regime de urg\u00eancia constitucional imp\u00f5e um prazo para que cada uma das Casas do Congresso analise a proposta, sendo 45 dias para a C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e outros 45 dias para o Senado. Caso o prazo n\u00e3o seja cumprido em uma das Casas, a pauta de vota\u00e7\u00f5es fica bloqueada, impedindo a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o de outros projetos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O projeto de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma tribut\u00e1ria chegou ao Senado em agosto, ap\u00f3s ter sido aprovado pela C\u00e2mara em julho. No entanto, ap\u00f3s 45 dias sem progressos, a pauta do Senado foi automaticamente travada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Com a retirada, o projeto volta ao rito normal no Senado Federal, passando pela Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a e seguindo para o plen\u00e1rio, sem prazo definido para sua aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o ou preju\u00edzos de trancamento da pauta na Casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
