Os estados brasileiros est\u00e3o representados no Grupo T\u00e9cnico (GT 20) do Split Payment<\/em>, na segunda fase do Programa de Assessoramento T\u00e9cnico \u00e0 Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Reforma da Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o Consumo (PAT-RTC 2). A portaria que oficializa a participa\u00e7\u00e3o foi publicada pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda nesta segunda-feira (7), e traz os nomes dos t\u00e9cnicos indicados pelo Comsefaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os estados ser\u00e3o representados no grupo t\u00e9cnico que debater\u00e1 o Split Payment <\/em>pelos auditores fiscais Luiz Dias de Alencar Neto (AL) e Ricardo Neves Pereira (RS), como membros titulares. Os suplentes ser\u00e3o os auditores Dalciro Bighetti J\u00fanior (MT), Sheyne Cristina Leal (SP) e Wagner Yuichi Capelli (PA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A mesma portaria apresenta os membros da Equipe de Quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o do PAT-RTC 2. Al\u00e9m do Comsefaz, integram os grupos representantes da Frente Nacional dos Prefeitos (FNP), da Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Munic\u00edpios (CNM), da Secretaria Extraordin\u00e1ria da Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria (SERT) e da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GT Split Payment<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O GT tem como objetivo facilitar o desenvolvimento do sistema de “Split Payment<\/em>“. Esse modelo permitir\u00e1 a cobran\u00e7a e o creditamento do imposto no momento do pagamento de bens e servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O grupo contar\u00e1 com t\u00e9cnicos da Uni\u00e3o, dos estados e dos munic\u00edpios, podendo incluir convidados do Banco Central e do setor privado, especialmente ligados \u00e0s empresas de meios de pagamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
