A publica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita anualmente desde 2016 e objetiva aumentar a\ntranspar\u00eancia das rela\u00e7\u00f5es federativas, fomentar as discuss\u00f5es acerca das\nfinan\u00e7as e contribuir para o processo de sustentabilidade fiscal dos entes\nfederativos.
