O evento \u00e9 destinado a fazend\u00e1rios: secret\u00e1rios, auditores fiscais e t\u00e9cnicos das Fazendas estaduais. O objetivo \u00e9 debater a decis\u00e3o do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) em torno da concess\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito de ICMS (Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os) nos casos em que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o tributada \u00e9 proveniente de estado que concede, unilateralmente, benef\u00edcio fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O diretor-institucional do Comsefaz, Andr\u00e9 Horta, ser\u00e1 o moderador e, como expositores e debatedores, participar\u00e3o o auditor fiscal da Receita Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul H\u00e9lio Rubens Clemente Guerra, que abordar\u00e1 o tema \u201cRE 628075 \u2013 Uma Vis\u00e3o Geral do Precedente\u201d, e o auditor fiscal do Tesouro Estadual de Pernambuco Nilo Otaviano da Silva Filho, que falar\u00e1 sobre \u201cO Alcance da Glosa de Cr\u00e9ditos Diante da Tese Fixada pelo STF no Tema 490\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
