Entre eles est\u00e3o: al\u00edquotas reduzidas ou isen\u00e7\u00e3o para projetos sustent\u00e1veis, regimes espec\u00edficos para o setor, inclus\u00e3o de energia limpa na cesta b\u00e1sica, neutralidade tecnol\u00f3gica e regimes diferenciados durante a transi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Revista Comsefaz<\/strong> ouviu secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda de estados envolvidos diretamente com projetos e a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas para o setor. \u00a0Uma deles \u00e9 Fabrizio Gomes (CE), que avalia o quadro nacional sob a perspectiva da reforma tribut\u00e1ria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA reforma tribut\u00e1ria, at\u00e9 por articula\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica do Cear\u00e1, conseguiu incluir que energias limpas ter\u00e3o tratamentos tribut\u00e1rios diferenciados.
