A integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre Uni\u00e3o, Estados e Munic\u00edpios \u00e9 uma prioridade permanente nas a\u00e7\u00f5es do Governo Federal e do Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda. Uma das principais caracter\u00edsticas do novo sistema de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo, institu\u00eddo pela Emenda Constitucional 132, que o Congresso Nacional promulgou em dezembro de 2023, \u00e9 essa integra\u00e7\u00e3o federativa, que exige uma mudan\u00e7a de cultura.
