{"id":1542,"date":"2020-12-18T09:35:26","date_gmt":"2020-12-18T12:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/?p=1542"},"modified":"2020-12-18T09:35:26","modified_gmt":"2020-12-18T12:35:26","slug":"estimativa-dos-valores-que-os-estados-receberao-de-compensacao-da-lei-kandir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/novo\/estimativa-dos-valores-que-os-estados-receberao-de-compensacao-da-lei-kandir\/","title":{"rendered":"Estimativa dos valores que os estados receber\u00e3o de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Kandir"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Estimativa de valores elaborada pela assessoria de Economia do Comsefaz (Comit\u00ea Nacional de Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda, Finan\u00e7as, Receita ou Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estados e do Distrito Federal) permite aos estados consultarem quanto receber\u00e3o, aproximadamente, como compensa\u00e7\u00e3o das perdas da Lei Kandir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A compensa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista no Projeto de Lei Complementar (PLP) 133\/2020, aprovado na segunda-feira (14) pela C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e aguardando a san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial.&nbsp;O projeto formaliza o acordo entre a Uni\u00e3o e os estados em torno da ADO 25, para a transfer\u00eancia de R$ 58 bilh\u00f5es a estados, munic\u00edpios e Distrito Federal em parcelas at\u00e9 2037.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira parcela, de R$ 4 bilh\u00f5es, dever\u00e1 sair ainda este ano, ap\u00f3s a san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial. Desse valor, os munic\u00edpios receber\u00e3o R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o (25%) como quota-parte do ICMS (Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os).
