Nacional dos Munic\u00edpios (CNM) divulgaram, nesta sexta-feira (12), uma nota p\u00fablica conjunta com o posicionamento de estados e munic\u00edpios a respeito do Projeto de Lei Complementar n\u00b0 108, de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposta trata de mudan\u00e7as no regime especial de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o simplificada, o Simples Nacional, atualmente em an\u00e1lise pela Comiss\u00e3o Especial da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O entendimento \u00e9 que o PLP 108\/2021 distorce ainda mais o regime, afastando-se da sua inten\u00e7\u00e3o origin\u00e1ria, de favorecer os pequenos neg\u00f3cios, e degrada ainda mais as finan\u00e7as dos entes subnacionais acarretando impacto arrecadat\u00f3rio de mais de R$ 21 bilh\u00f5es nos cofres estaduais e municipais, comprometendo assim a capacidade de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO referido PLP 108\/2021 amea\u00e7a retirar a competitividade das pequenas empresas, conferindo privil\u00e9gios do sistema especial a grandes neg\u00f3cios\u201d, destaca um trecho do documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
