Para isso, lan\u00e7ou edital de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de consultoria t\u00e9cnica de empresa especializada, a fim de proceder \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da pesquisa e elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do estudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o Comsefaz, o estudo \u00e9 fundamental tanto para dar maior transpar\u00eancia \u00e0 sociedade sobre os benef\u00edcios fiscais, quanto para embasar poss\u00edveis decis\u00f5es dos secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda acerca da revis\u00e3o dos atuais benef\u00edcios fiscais e aprimoramento das pol\u00edtica p\u00fablicas de incentivo via tributa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trata-se tamb\u00e9m de uma an\u00e1lise importante para subsidiar as discuss\u00f5es acerca da reforma tribut\u00e1ria e da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da guerra fiscal, tema colocado em debate pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 160\/2017 e o conv\u00eanio 190\/2017 do Confaz (Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Padronizacao-e-avaliacao-de-beneficios-fiscais-Termo-de-Referencia.pdf\">Termo de Refer\u00eancia do projeto de pesquisa<\/a> sobre incentivos fiscais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Comsefaz (Comit\u00ea Nacional de Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda, Finan\u00e7as, Receita ou Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estados e do Distrito Federal) vai promover estudo sobre a concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios fiscais.
