Atendendo a convite da Cotepe (Comiss\u00e3o Permanente do ICMS), o Comsefaz (Comit\u00ea Nacional de Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda, Finan\u00e7as, Receita ou Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estados e do Distrito Federal) participou das reuni\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas do GT 60 – Meios de Pagamentos, realizadas nos dias 26, 27 e 28 de janeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O encontro discutiu mudan\u00e7as na Lei Complementar n\u00ba 105\/2001, que trata do sigilo banc\u00e1rio. A ideia \u00e9 aprimorar o texto da LC de forma a adequ\u00e1-la \u00e0s novas sistem\u00e1ticas de opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras do Banco Central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No encontro, foi elaborada minuta de texto para a continuidade das discuss\u00f5es com as Procuradorias dos Estados e do Distrito Federal. Posteriormente, o texto ser\u00e1 enviado ao Comsefaz, para discuss\u00e3o e delibera\u00e7\u00e3o dos secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O encontro foi coordenado pelo auditor fiscal da Secretaria de Fazenda de Santa Catarina (Sefaz-SC), Thiago Chaves, e contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de representantes de todas as unidades da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o.
