A live vai discutir os impactos para os Estados de uma eventual decis\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 parte autora do recurso extraordin\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O RE 714.139\/SC, que est\u00e1 atualmente sob vistas do ministro Gilmar Mendes, analisa se a incid\u00eancia de ICMS sobre energia e telecomunica\u00e7\u00e3o fere os princ\u00edpios constitucionais da seletividade e da isonomia tribut\u00e1ria.
