O Comsefaz (Comit\u00ea Nacional dos Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda dos Estados e do Distrito Federal) ter\u00e1 audi\u00eancia nesta quarta-feira (15) com o presidente da C\u00e2mara, deputado Arthur Lira (PP-AL). Participar\u00e3o o presidente, Rafael Fonteles, e secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda de v\u00e1rios Estados, al\u00e9m da diretoria do Comsefaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na pauta do encontro est\u00e3o diversos projetos legislativos em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na Casa, como o Projeto de Lei Complementar (PLP) 32\/2021, que regulamenta a cobran\u00e7a da Diferen\u00e7a de Al\u00edquota do ICMS (Difal); o PLP 67\/2021, da tributa\u00e7\u00e3o do ITCMD (Imposto sobre Transmiss\u00e3o Causa Mortis e Doa\u00e7\u00f5es de Quaisquer Natureza); a Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC) n\u00ba 13, que disp\u00f5e sobre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de percentuais m\u00ednimos em educa\u00e7\u00e3o; entre outras mat\u00e9rias importantes para os Estados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na quinta-feira (16), o Comsefaz promover\u00e1 o Semin\u00e1rio Altera\u00e7\u00f5es no IR: Propostas, Desafios e Impacto para os Entes Subnacionais, sobre o projeto de Reforma do Imposto de Renda. O evento acontecer\u00e1 a partir das 14h30, com transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo pelo Youtube. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
O senador \u00c2ngelo Coronel, relator da Projeto de Lei 2337\/2021 (Reforma do IR), participar\u00e1 da abertura. Os palestrantes ser\u00e3o os economistas S\u00e9rgio Gobetti e D\u00e9bora Freire. Andr\u00e9 Horta, diretor-institucional do Comsefaz, ser\u00e1 o moderador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
