{"id":2497,"date":"2022-01-13T18:27:14","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T21:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/?p=2497"},"modified":"2022-01-13T18:27:14","modified_gmt":"2022-01-13T21:27:14","slug":"secretarios-de-fazenda-debatem-sobre-preco-medio-do-icms-dos-combustiveis-e-lc-190-2022-em-reuniao-do-comsefaz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/novo\/secretarios-de-fazenda-debatem-sobre-preco-medio-do-icms-dos-combustiveis-e-lc-190-2022-em-reuniao-do-comsefaz\/","title":{"rendered":"Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda debatem sobre pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio do ICMS dos combust\u00edveis e LC 190\/2022 em reuni\u00e3o do Comsefaz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O Comsefaz (Comit\u00ea Nacional dos Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda dos Estados e do Distrito Federal) se reuniu nesta quinta-feira (13) para discutir a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do congelamento do pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio ponderado ao consumidor final (PMPF) dos combust\u00edveis e a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Complementar 190\/2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/?p=2455\">que regulamenta a cobran\u00e7a da diferen\u00e7a de al\u00edquota (Difal) do ICMS<\/a> (Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso do PMPF, como o tema est\u00e1 discuss\u00e3o no F\u00f3rum dos Governadores, os secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda v\u00e3o subsidiar os chefes dos executivos com informa\u00e7\u00f5es e outros dados que possam aux\u00edli\u00e1-los na tomada de decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O PMPF serve de base de c\u00e1lculo do ICMS sobre os combust\u00edveis e <a href=\"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/?p=2285\">est\u00e1 com seu valor inalterado por 90 dias<\/a> (de 1\u00ba de novembro de 2021 a 31 de janeiro de 2022), por decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Confaz (Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria) de 31 de outubro passado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O debate sobre a <a href=\"https:\/\/comsefaz.org.br\/?p=2486\">aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Complementar 190\/2022<\/a>, por sua vez, foi iniciado em reuni\u00e3o administrativa na segunda-feira (10), especialmente quanto \u00e0 diversidade de entendimento sobre a produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos efeitos da LC.
