Na mesma reuni\u00e3o foi aprovado o Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 81\/2022, que determina que o ICMS sobre o diesel passa a ser calculado com base na m\u00e9dia m\u00f3vel de pre\u00e7os praticados ao consumidor final considerando os \u00faltimos 60 meses, no caso, de julho de 2017 a maio de 2022.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A medida passa a valer a partir do dia 1 de julho e vai at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2022, tendo sido publicada, nesta quarta-feira (29), no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU).
